  The Teflon Call Center Employee

As soon as I brag how call volume is up, I have a day like today. Very little calls came my way, and no trouble or problems are sticking to me, I'm like teflon. What's funny is that people all around me were getting calls and my phone just isn't ringing. Then when it does ring, I'm not getting any hard calls, just questions about the market, or how our system works, or requests for information. I had some calls that I thought would be trouble, but either nothing materialized, or they called back and somebody else handled it. It sure is a change from the shit-magnet I tend to be the rest of the week. For those of you unfamiliar with that term, it means bad customers, stupid problems and generally hot-brown-poopy-calls are drawn to you like flys to the aforementioned substance.

The only thing constant is that nothing is constant....

If you haven't noticed, I have kind of a writer's block going on right now, or nothing interesting has happened.....
