Good Show on the Milestone,

I just happened to cross your blog just the other day! This being my first blog I was suprised by the similarities in our experiences.

I work for a large call centre in Ontario, Canada. On a daily basis I see several parallels in my job that you share on your blog.

Over the past few days I have been going back and reading every post since your blogs inception. Trying to find sanity in a see of irate callers, dumb ass management, and most fun of all an even more retarded corporate monkey.

Inspired by your stories I am going to try and start my own blog. A call centre revolution if you will. I am blog newbie style and need some research first.

Keep up the good postings.
